Every month Kappa Gaming Lounge will be hosting monthly tournaments for our Smash games. This month is Smash 4 and Smash Melee.
You've come to our weeklies to train and improve at the games, now show the community what you've learned. The monthly series will feature out of town talent to give you experience playing against top players to help you level up!
Prize Pool is significantly larger than weekly events and power ranking points are doubled!
Location: 1664 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor Ontario (Just south of the detroit border)
Tickets available at the door.
Tickets will also be available at any weekly leading up to the event.
Saturday September 12th - Sm4sh Monthly
Sunday September 13th - Melee Monthly
$10 Venue
$10 Singles Entry
$10 Teams Entry (per player)
Tournament Reward - $300 pot bonus for each game + 100% of tournament entry fee
64 player cap for each singles tournament. 16 team cap for each doubles tournament.
8 Pools of up to 8 players. Top 4 from each pool make it out. Leads into 32 player double elimination bracket.
Teams is a straight double elimination bracket.
9:00 AM: Doors open/Registration begins
11:00 AM: Registration closes
12:00 PM: Pools start
3:00 PM: Doubles starts
6:00 PM: Bracket starts
10:00 PM: Bracket finishes

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFO
No food allowed or drinks allowed. Keep those outside the venue.
We have more monitors and CRTs than we have consoles, bringing your own setup will aid the speed of the tournament.
We have some extra Gamecube controllers but they can run out so we advise you bring your own controller
