So, basically I'm wondering if it is possible to give Charizard, Squirtle, and Ivysaur their own chants in Smash. And if so, I wonder if someone, or a group of pepole would be able/willing to make or help make some professional sounding ones for each character. I've looked through the brsar file and it seems that the three Pokemans have their own separate chants... that all say the same "Pookeeemon!" >_>

How silly is that? Also if anyone has ideas for what their chants should be, please discuss! I would love to hear ideas! Again I'd like them to be professional, Project M worthy suggestions.

It's possible.

I was looking into doing it with my group of friends, but we haven't gotten around to it.

Edit: Is should elaborate. Each Pokemon has a separete file in the bsrar for their crowd cheer. All you need to do is change the file to individual chants.

...I edit my posts way too much.

Any voice changes would involve excluding the hackless method. Maybe as an extra extension for homebrew users would work but they wouldn't throw away the hackless option for something like this (especially since pmbr incourage you to use the hackless method). Although I do agree with you on having diffrent chants/specials.

I am of course not suggesting that the hackless version be thrown out, simply an option for those who have the hacked version of the game.

Doesn't the audience usually chant out the characters name? So there's my obvious suggestion :p

Yeah I thought about that, but I was wanting to give them some diversity, have some clapping for Ivysaur or Charizard, something about Squirtle Squad for him or whatever... Just some thoughts.

Good to know. I have a group of friends I was discussing this with a while back... but they were definitely not taking it seriously enough to actually produce something.
