Hi there. I'm trying to find a way to play this game with someone else where we are both using different controllers. He is used to the default buttons but I want to use custom assignments as I really do not like the default button assignments but I cannot figure out how to make it so we each have different controller button assignments when we play head to head. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Separate button assignments for 2 player game?

Go into that menu. There, each one of you can create a profile, and you can freely modify the control options for that profile. When on the character selection screen, you select your profile by clicking your player slot where it reads "Player 1" (or 2, or 3, or 4).
