Seeing teachers/bosses outside of school/work

I always find it kind of funny to see what they do when they aren't teaching. For example, I managed to stumble upon one of my teachers tumblr account. I've never knew that she swore so much lol. Hearing a teacher complain about how they hate porn showing up on their dash is more entertaining than it should be.

Any experiences from you guys?

I very rarely meet any of my teachers outside of school. Like, extremely rarely. When I do, it's almost always an ex-teacher of mine.
In the beggining of the year, when I was doing physiotherapy for my ankle, I'd sometimes stumble upon my Chemistery teacher from my first year of High School there. We'd sit down and talk about the state of education in my country, and he'd also talk about how the school he works at now is so much better than the school he used to work when he gave me classes.

And speaking of first year of High School, I actually stumbled upon my Maths teacher while I was in the doctor one day during my first year in High School. More awkwardly, my mum was with me, as well... They started talking, and my teacher was just so flattering to me, it was so embarassing. Well, it's better than being trash talked.

Similar to Family teams' post, I haven't that much. There actually was one time though were I saw my 9th grade history teacher with her two kids at GameStop when we were both at the counter purchasing games. At first I didn't recognize her until she said hi and I was with my Mom next to me, then she talked to my Mom about how I was a joy to have in class. I was embarrassed but in the end, it is something to be proud of

It depends. If it's a teacher I don't really like, I just pretend I don't see them and take some stupid long way out. But seeing one off your cool teachers is way cool, especially if it's been a while since you've had them.

I go to church with my history teacher, so... every Sunday and Wednesday. You get used to it eventually.

I do recall seeing a few of my school teachers do some grocery shopping but that was a long time ago. As far as my bosses, I have not seen any of them outside of work. Just my fellow coworkers every once in a while.
