Unless im mistaken, post 1.0.8, quick attacking off an edge that does not cancle no longer puts pikachu imediately into helpless and the second warp is still usable. This makes the added difficulty of QACing after the patch somewhat more tolerable as you can hold up to warp to safty if it fails, but if it succeds continue as usual.
