Second jab

So I was just playing sheik and I can't figure out when to throw in the second jab, usually I just jab cancel the first ones.
The only use I found for the second jab is at high % againts fast fallers which can get them out of going into a tech and setting them up for a down-smash if they hold up.

Anything else?

Well if you jab cancel them ....nope I don't think there is anything else.
