Request SDI Multiplier and Hitlag Modifier for Individual Attacks

After I saw Punkline 's code that adds armor to individual attacks, I've been wondering if a code could be made to reduce/increment SDI strength on moves or add more hitlag to them. Granted, this would be way harder to replicate than superarmor, since his code basically takes an already existing mechanic from the game and makes it global on any move. I'm not even sure if these two are possible but it's worth a shot I guess...
