Jaedong is such a beast, I love watching him play.

I also really like janbi, stork, forGG, hwasin, and upmagic, but I've gotten to like watching starcraft so much that I can pretty much watch any of the korean league games and be very much entertained. I suck at starcraft and RTS games in general, but starcraft is just way too fun to watch.
