Difficulties. My iPod finally died out, and I decided against ever purchasing one again. So my first choice was the Sansa e280, a little MP3 that was 1/2 the price with all the same features and more.
I was ecstatic about today, Christmas, as I opened up one of these babies. Now that I'm at a computer, however, I'm in a bit of a situation. The box came with an installation CD for Rhapsody, like iTunes for the iPod. However, I can get to a point on the CD that reads something along the lines of 'You're about to instal Rhapsody. Click NEXT to get started.'
When I click Next, the window closes and nothing happens.
I now have two icons on my desktop that I've installed direct from the official site, so I can get the window on whim now rather then going through the whole download process again. But the problem still arises; I can't push NEXT without, well, nothing happening.
Any solutions, CC?
