itd be awesome if Zamus gets a smash ball and she gets her suit back somehow she would get the light suit from Echoes. or maybe that would be a good alternate costume for Samus

Well I don't know what IGN said but if you had played any Metroid or read some history you would know I was right.

So one day Samus found a ship which magically gave her armor and gun skills and fueled her with a desire to kill Space Pirates for no reason?I think not.

And besides, you can't spell ignorant without IGN...

space pirates killed her family and much more people on her planet thats why she has such a blood lust

Yeah looks cool but I think the Chozo thing would look a lot cooler if done right.Well, they are supposedly extinct but whatever.

Your history is right but more specificaly it was Ridley who killed her mother.Yet another reason why he should get into Brawl.

It's a Final Smash for a reason. It's final. I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of limit preventing multiple Final Smashes.

Otherwise, you could turn on only Smash Balls, on Very High.....

Can you say "Ridiculous"?

Isn't it one final smash per person per match, but there can be multiple final smashes per round, so a max of 4 final smashes per round? I dunno. I think thats what I heard.

I think that Zamus will be playable from the start if they have character intros like in the first game. then Her intro will be normal samus doing her final blast lazer cannon thing and suit coming off. will be very quick.

I think her final smash will be... some sort of calling her space ship in and it blasting lots of stuff, then her getting sucked into her space ship, and her suit getting put back on her. I dunno really... can't think of a good one.

His phrasing is pretty ambiguous, but I think Sakurai meant that you only get to do one final smash per smash ball. Anyway...
Not even all that ambiguous. To quote the original text,

アイテム“スマッシュボール”を取ることで1回だけ
Which means something more along the lines of "only once upon gaining the item known as the 'Smash Ball'." Furthermore, he uses the loanword アイテム to mean item, which is only used when referring to ingame items. Otherwise mono would probably be used. Thus, the Smash Ball is an item, which by definition appear more than once per match, and the Final Smash can be used once per Smash Ball, albeit only once per Smash Ball.

I have this sneaking suspicion we've been over that part before.

Logic tells us now, that once Samus has become Zamus, because more than one Smash Ball can appear per match, she has the option of obtaining another one. Thus, she needs a Final Smash to perform at such a juncture.

I personally hold with those who believe she will somehow get her suit back. Hopefully by summoning her ship and having it wreak havoc while her armor regenerates. I don't much care if that's not canon. It's frikkin' awesome.

I believe that there will be more than one Smash Ball per match. And if you put them on very high, they can still be rare. Remeber the Hammer in Melee? If you put only Hammers on very high, it still takes longer to appear than most items.

Anyways, I think that Zero Suit Samus might have a final smash in the form of the Crystal Flash from Super Metroid. Check it out:

Sakurai researches far back for character moves and history (see Volt Tackle), so I wouldnt doubt it. As you can see, Samus envelops herself in an orb of energy that replenishes her suit. Now for Brawl, it can be translated as Zero Suit Samus enveloping herself in a huge orb of energy that damages nearby foes for a while and when it is done, Samus has her suit back on (reconstructed by Crystal Flash).

I think this would be perfect for Zero Suit Samus' potential final smash, and aesthetically would look great too. Notice that you can see Samus within the suit, in that video?

Yes, because Volt Tackle was so awesome way back in the original Red & Blue.

No, but Volt Tackle was researched by Sakurai. He and his team looked into Gamefreak's first game called Pulseman, where the main character's signature move was called Volt Tackle and it looks and behaves a LOT like it does in Brawl. Look:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KL6rZKK6f6M

Gamefreak later gave the move to Pikachu to become his signature move. And now it is Pikachu's Final Smash in Brawl, with its original animation and function. And the recoil part of the move from the Pokemon game was translated into the game as well with the drawback Sakurai gave it...

I see no proof that Pulseman is Gamefreak's work OR that Pikachu's Volt Tackle is in anyway related to that game.

Um, just check the user's description of his video, or just check Wikipedia or something... And Pikachu's Final Smash works just like it does in the Pulseman game, moving diagonally and its animation is too similar to ignore...
