Samus's second final smash

We all know that when Samus gets the smash ball, she shoots a huge beam and becomes Zero Suit Samus. But what happens when Zero Suit Samus gets a Smash Ball?

Hmmm......good question. I for one though want this mystery solved, but if I have wait until the game comes out to see what her 2nd Final Smash looks like that's fine.

Then again, she could probably do no Final Smashes after her suit comes off.....

You can only use a smash ball once. So I say, nothing. Unless you can start the round with Zero Suit Samus.

no, there are as many smash balls per match that appear randomly. i think it is something that turns her back into samus (hopefully)

Well, if you don't want her to become Zero Suited, then just don't get the Smash Ball.

But, I am hoping that there is a way to start off with Zamus, and that she will have her own original Final Smash.

and it would actually have some nostalgia in it too since in the first few Metroids(Ive only played and beaten the first one......), you see her in a bikini.....but I doubt that would ever happen...w/e....but I hope you can start the match with Zamus by holding A like Sheik in Melee...

I think zamus is a different character and will thus have another final smash. I also think that samus turning into not samus because of an item is a bad idea that should be fixed before brawl comes out. What the ****ING hell were they thinking?

I believe this is what will happen as well. If you go and look at the final smash update, it says you can only use one per match. So if you use one to transform into zsamus, I'm guessing you won't be able to use another.

The update says you can use the final smash once, never does it say per match....

It may only mean that you can only use the attack once per smash ball, in case he thought we didn't understand the concept of uber explosion-type attack...

There is no proof you only get one smash ball per match...

what's to say you couldn't make more smash balls appear in training mode? You use it once, blow air up, than just make another one spawn next to you.

Unless smash balls can't be spawned in training like every other item...

The Final Smash is a secret skill that can be performed but once…and only after obtaining an item called the Smash Ball, which is a precious item, indeed.

The basic gist of it? I suppose you could say it’s kind of like a powerful and personalized hammer. (Or maybe not…)

You can look forward to experiencing the glowing personality behind each of the many Final Smashes!

I'm just saying. If that were true, that means Samus/ZSS, Zelda/Sheik, and Pokemon Trainer players have a pretty big advantage over everyone else.

His phrasing is pretty ambiguous, but I think Sakurai meant that you only get to do one final smash per smash ball. Anyway...

It seems like the best solution would be to have Zamus transform back into Samus when she gets a Final Smash, so that Samus and Zamus are a double character who's transformation is Final Smash controlled. The only problem with this is that it makes it very hard to play as Zamus, since you have to get an item first, so I'd say that it only makes sense that you get to choose which of the two you start out with, either by something obvious on the character select screen or perhaps by something more subtle (like holding down and A before a match).
