Been playing a lot of Samus now and she's looking like my main now so I like to gather some basic data when learning about a character. So I thought I could share it here.
Damage
Jab 1 - 3%
Jab 2 - 8%
Ftilt - 6% (seems to rarely do 7%?)
Utilt on grounded opponent - 13%
Utilt on airborne opponent - 12%
Dtilt - 12%
Dash Attack - 10%
Nair forward kick - 8%
Nair back kick - 7%
Fair - 1% per hit, 11% if all hit
Dair - Sourspot 11% (10% on ground), Sweetspot 14%
Uair - initial hit 3%, middle hits 1% each, finishing hit 4%, 11% if all hit
F-smash - 12% next to opponent, 14% from a bit apart
D-smash - 10% hitting forward, 12% hitting behind
U-smash - 3% per hit, 18% maximum
F-throw - 9%
D-throw - 6%
U-throw - 9%
B-throw - 8%
Neutral Special #1 - 3% uncharged, 25% fully charged
Neutral Special #2 - 4% uncharged, 27% fully charged
Neutral Special #3 - 5% uncharged, 18% fully charged
Side Special #1 - Standard Missile 5%, Super Missile 10%
Side Special #2 - Standard Missile 3%, Super Missile 12%
Side Special #3 - Standard Missile 4%, Super Missile 9%
Up Special #1 - First hit 3%, following hits 1%, 12% if all hit
Up Special #2 - 2% per hit, final hit does 7%, 15% if all hit
Up Special #3 - First hit 2%, 2nd hit 9%, 11% if both hit
Down Special #1 - 5% if it explodes next to the target, 9% if it explodes on the target
Down Special #2 - 2-3%, doesn't seem to damage if direct hit and only to the sides
Down Special #3 - 9% if it far away, 11% if it explodes next to the target, 13% if it explodes on the target
Aerial Lag
Nair - short hop + (almost) direct input no landing lag, otherwise minor lag
Fair - full hop = no landing lag, also possible to fast fall, otherwise moderate lag
Uair - short hop + (almost) direct input no landing lag, otherwise minor lag
Dair - short hop + (almost) direct input no landing lag, otherwise minor lag
Bair - full hop = no landing lag, also possible to fast fall, otherwise moderate lag
Neutral Special - full hop = no landing lag, otherwise moderate lag
Side Special - full hop = no landing lag, otherwise big lag
Up Special - always moderate lag
Down Special - no lag if double jump, otherwise minor to moderate lag
