Samba De Amigo Unfairly Graded

I've noticed that on Gamerankings reviewers are bashing Samba De Amigo. After reading a few of these reviews, I found that it was all because of inacurate controls.

I bought the game yesterday and Well, the controls are flawless. You have to get it in your heads that it is all tilt based. Pointing strait up is high, pointing forward is medium, and pointing down is low. This is my first time playing a Samba de Amigo game and with in two days can 98% hard level songs. If the controls were not accurate that would not be possible. I am actually amazed at how precise these controls are. It blew me away that it read the cross-over notes flawlessly (notes that come at two left sided circles at the same time for example). BUY THIS GAME. All the reviewers seem to be playing it like the old game.

So now that you know the controls are flawless, decide whether or not it is worth it to buy this game. I recomend it highly. It is the best use of the Wii to date.

P.S. I have now beaten all of story mode (finished super hard) and there is one little problem. This game is a little too easy, but still fun. It never took me more than two tries on any of the career mode songs.

Yeah, I'm still on the fence about this game. I want it, but I dunno. I think I have a better idea of what it's like now, though. I'll think about it some more, I guess... I just don't want to get it, play it for two days, and then not play it anymore. That... would be a waste.

There only bashing because it's a music game that isn't their precious idiotic Guitar Hero.

Sorry, just after the new NiGHTS game, I'm very skeptical on SEGA reviving it's franchises. The original Samba De Amigo (and NiGHTS, for that matter) are really amazing games. Samba De Amigo is one of the best party games ever, and NiGHTS is a Video Game work of art.

So people need peripherals to fully enjoy this game? Seriously? That's just sad. I can play Mario Kart Wii w/out the wheel and Samba shouldn't be an exception. That money is better saved 4 DLC.

You don't need it, it's just there as a fun extra. Honestly, if you needed the maracas in the first place to "fully enjoy" the game then you're in need of some major self-reflection.
