Hmm... this is a good concept. I consider myself Level IV since I study frame data religiously and play quite regularly.

I never made it past level 2 then. Couldn't stand more than a few hours a day of this game. Now back to level 1 cause anything competitive just isn't fun anymore. I'm too old to lose months getting good at games as if it actually matters.
