Rule ideas for Wi-Fi Tournaments? (also some questions)

I'm making a tournament club on deviant art, but I need a little help for the rules...and I have a few questions for those who have the game...

1. can spectator mode be used on friends?
2. is there a Wi-Fi Tourney option?
3. can items and stages be de/selected on Wi-Fi matches?
4. can options be changed on Wi-Fi matches?

if someone can respond these questions, it would really help me out.
