I couldn't find a pic so don't ask for one.

Bio: Rudy the Clown made his first appearance in Wario Land 3, where he lured Wario into the music box world, claiming that he was the god of the world, in order to convince him to help break the seal that was placed upon him by the other creatures of the music box world. He asks him to break the seal, allowing him to keep any treasure that he finds along the way, which convinces Wario. When he defeats all of the bosses in the game and brings the music boxes to Rudy, he emerges and attacks Wario, revealing that he was, in fact, using him to be free, and takeover the music box world and the real world as well. Wario defeats him, and the curse on the other inhabitants is broken. He is also the only enemy capable of killing Wario.

Rudy made a return in the video game Dr. Mario 64, where he and Mad Scienstein concocted a plan to steal the Megavitamins from Dr. Mario. After Mad Scienstein stole the Megavitamins, both Dr. Mario and Wario, who desired to steal them himself and make a fortune off of them, chased him down in order to retrieve them, running into many Wario Land 3 enemies along the way. When they finally encountered Mad Scienstein, they also encountered Rudy the Clown, who had had Mad Scienstein steal them for him because he had a cold and desired their ability to cure any illness.

He doesn't have a very high chance but he does still have a chance because he is an old enemy of Wario and he is another villain character. He probably wouldn't get in over Captain Syrup because she too is a villain plus she is a female but that doesn't completely erase his chances.

Moveset

A attacks

A- Punch
AA- Punch Punch
AAA- Punch Punch Kick

Strong attacks

Side A- Backhand
Up A- Uppercut
Down A- Toe stomp

Smash attacks

Side A- Pulls back fist and unleashes super strong punch
Up A- Takes out Spearhead and sticks him into the air with his spear like nose sticking up
Down A- Brings fist down on the ground hard

Dash attack- Flying body slam

Grab attacks

A- Punch
Foward throw- Throws enemy foward
Back throw- Throws enemy backward
Up throw- Throws enemy upward
Down throw- Slams opponent into the ground

Air attacks

Neutral air- Honks rubber nose damaging all around him with the sound waves
Foward air- Headbutt
Back air- Backwards headbutt like Wario in the trailer
Down air- Body slam

B attacks

B- Sneeze- Sneezes out cloud of germs that moves forward for a few seconds before disappearing. Anyone that comes in contact with cloud gets damaged. Can be charged to make the cloud bigger more powerful and last longer.

Side B- Helio- Helio appears in front of Rudy and starts slashing wildly with his two sword arms for 1-2 seconds.

Down B- Lump- Transforms into Lump the frog. Similar to Kirby's stone attack but can still be damaged slightly and can very slowly walk around

Up B- Spearhead- Spearhead pokes Rudy in the butt causing 1 damage but propels him upward Damaging everyone he runs into.

Taunt- Honks nose at screen

Victory pose 1- Sneezes once then Mad scienstein gives him a megavitamin
Victory pose 2- Blows his nose
Victory pose 3- Runs in a circle while spearhead tries to poke him in the butt

He would be around Wario's height and have great strength but he would have low jump due to his weight. He would have average speed and good knockback and would be hard to hurl off screen.

How's this for a Wario enemy?. . . Mario.
I understand that he could be a cool character, but the Mario universe allready has enough reps, even if Wario is a different franchise. Dk, Wario, and Yoshi, while they all have their separate franchises, are all connected back to Mario.

^^^Yeah but Warioware was a different series, unlike Yoshi games with lots of enemies from the Mario universe. Same with DK, who probably needs an enemy like K. Rool
Yea, but while we're talking series technicalities, Rudy wasn't a Wario Ware character. He was a Wario LAND character.

If we're talking about a Wario Land villain representative, I'd rather have Syrup. She was in TWO Wario Land games instead of one. (Well, Rudy was in a Dr. Mario game, but that doesn't really count as a Wario Land game)

Hey now, we're dissing clowns, always an admirable venture. Tom Nook isn't exactly a given, but Olimar is, come on!

You're right. I just assumed since he's a main character and a miyamoto creation, I just assumed he's a shoo-in. Nevermind.

Tom Nook has a beter chance than Olimar. Not by much though.

As for Rudy the Clown, great moveset, but I think in the end there won't be enough room. Still, you never know, it is Nintendo, teamed with Sakurai=craziness. And not the bad craziness, the genius kind. SSBB owns!

Actually if AC did get rep it would probably be the person the player controls so tom nook doesn't really have that high a chance at being a PC but I could easily see him as maybe the shop clerk or something. Also thank you for the compliment on the moveset.

Ur welcome, it truely is a great moveset, and it's great to know someone isn't as lazy as me when it comes to making movesets, lol.

For the Animal Crossing rep I have to disagree.

Most, if not all of the character porfile on the AC characters you play as went to the Miis. So techincally, Tom Nook has a chance, but Resetti or someone else should hold the rep, preferably Resetti. I still see him as a non-playable character, but I don't see Olimar happening. Pikmin should be an item though, coming in all 5 types, lol! :)

Honestly, I doubt this character was even considered when they chose the characters for Brawl. He's pretty minor, and that added to the fact that Wario is leaning heavily towards the Ware side as opposed to the World side, makes it seem like he doesn't have very much chances at all. It's an intriguing notion, no doubt. But realistically? I don't see it.

Ending your game.
A Wario villian is like a superbaddy, you know. 2 wrongs don't make a right. If from the Ware side, which likely will be, we ought to have the next recognizable face. Yes, I want some Mona (Pizza).

Numa Dude has a point, but I give him a 15% chance at best. He made great points, but there are simply bigger, and more desired characters than this. Though Numa Dude did make a great attack setup, I think there are many characters more needed and wanted.

His chances could improve just because he's an anti-heroes' (Wario's) villian. Other than that, I don't think we can expect him to be in SSBB, but hey you never know now do you (hint: G&W, Ice Climbers, Ness, heck, even Pit!)

I just realized I never made a super smash.

Super smash- Mad scienstein- Mad scienstein appears and starts throwing vials around the stage that explode on impact.
Oh, I love Mad Scienstein! He rocks! I hope he appears in more Wario games!

From some reason, he reminds me of the the Eggplant Wizard from Kid Icarus...

He was like Andross in a way, how can you play as him? It would be like playing as master hand and crazy hand at the same time.

Wario is representing the wario ware series, thats why he has the ww outfit, so I say the should add a WW character instead, like mona and 9-volt, and not all of the series needs an enemy especially when the enemies are pretty unknown...

I think Wario's wearing his WW outfit because that's how we're seeing him nowadays; I don't think it means he's representing the WarioWare series.

Still hes in his WW form, thus if we add a totally unknown enemy from the wario LAND games, things would look a tad weird, by adding WW characters, no one will complain...

How does being a major bad guy not count?
He's not major. I've never heard of him, and I've heard quite a bit about both of the games that he allegedly "starred" in. He's a relatively minor character from two separate games. If that's all it takes, why don't we add in the student character from the first level of Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! He'll be in the second one, too, so why not?

All I'm saying is don't exaggerate. I have no problem with you liking the character, just be realistic.

Look at the way he moves. It definately looks like they want him to be as much a Ware Wario as possible.

Okay I agree Wario is leaning very heavily toward the ware games but still the ware games have no villains and we need villains. They may also put someone in from the land games to show they haven't forgotten. Heck they could make Rudy the WTF character.

Not all of the characters need villains, only villains that are popular, unique and intriguing should be in brawl, not just some totally unknown guy, wario is fine without an enemy, still some characters like mona and 9-volt would sure help WW series be represented well in brawl...
