So I've been looking around for any discussion related to this and I can't seem to find anything about these pads. That's quite strange to me considering that these pads are what make the buttons click and feel like they do. I'm currently making a custom controller and I don't want to take apart an original GC one just so I can snag the pads and make that controller useless. I've tried pads from a 3rd party controller I own and they pale in comparison to the originals.
So I've decided to order some from Zedlabz (link). (Disclamer: I HAVEN'T DONE IT YET) And I know that they're third party but at least they somewhat resemble the originals.
But before I buy these I'd like to hear you guys' opinions and recommendations. Hopefully someone has been in a similar situation before.
