Smash Rookie
like the title says i see people saying this but i dont know what it means. can anyone tell me a good way to practice it? what i usually do is run back-> short hop-> face foward-> laser -> FF. am i doin it right?

yep. In that order.
Dash->SH->tap the opposite direction->hit B-> FF.
Practice doing it in quick succession. You'll get the hang of it eventually buddy.

At about 10 seconds into the video below is an example of a reverse short hop laser. I'm really surprised that there's not a tutorial on youtube somewhere. But thats what it looks like.
