One thing I think is interesting to know but you didn't mention: dtilt is Rosalina's fastest move with 5 frames of startup. (Luma has a few that are faster, but I'm talking SoRo here.)

Oh so it's only Luma's up tilt that's 2 frames (if I'm remembering right)?

I think it's actually 3 frames since Luma has a 1 frame delay on everything from what's stated in Master Core, which I assume is what you're referencing. But yes, SoRo's fastest attack is dtilt at 5 frames. (I'm like 95% certain of this.)

Isn't Luma's nair our fastest move in the kit?
I was new to star cancelling, I really like star bits as a way to stop approaching so I will try incorporating this into my kit!
