Rosalina Dair with no landing lag when you short hop it??

So I have a question, I pretty sure you have seen Dabuz do this but he short hops his Dair and then after that he has no landing lag. Any tips on how to do it??

You only have one frame to autocancel Rosalina's dair out of a short hop. However, this is made trivially easy through double sticking (alternative no tap jump guide).
