i was playing a random nub who rolled after nearly every attack, so i started adjusting my spacing and pivot grabbing which helped but he still beat me. whats the best way to beat rollers?

bait the rolls and punish them. Depends on what character you're using as to the options. Just make sure you remember the other characters roll distance, since some are shorter/longer
