I think i might know what you're talking about.
On the Japenese Dojo, if you go to the Wi-Fi section, there demo video is different to the one we got. In the Japenese one, there is one bit where Snake pulls out a rocket launcher, aims it at the ground and charges it like a Smash attack, then fires.
The mine is his Down Smash so it must be his Forward Smash.

it cant be a tilt cuz he can charge it.. gay forward smash tho if it is. is the down smash officially a mine? cuz the c4 mite be what he used.

The RPG is his down smash because its chargeable but then what is
the mine since I think he uses C4 and claymores.
