oh wow, didn't know about the onstage upb thing. thought that was completely useless.

It is a little bit useless since you have to sacrifice stage advantage to hit them with the Up-B. Levin Down Smash is probably the best since you cover rolls and the ledge grab, forcing them to jump down/away.
