Noticed that when I went on Wi-Fi, I'm thinking of taking out Roserade for Jolteon, maybe switching out Torterra for something else, just not sure what.

Also, your Roserade, Gyarados, and Glaceon's natures shouldn't be neutral. They should (something+ something-)

The 200 Speed EVs are only for if you use Rock Polish. If you're not, then put the EVs in Defense.
