so this is part of my first team ever and I did a lot of research before I made a team and I believe this team to be decent for my likes and abilities.
Ninetales @ Wide lens
timid nature
Ev's 252 sp. atk, 252 speed, 6 hp
Hypnosis
Nasty Plot
Fire Blast
Energy Ball
Ninetales is too under used with this kind of move set. Ninetales' job is just to put them to sleep, use a nasty plot while they switch and then to probably hit them with energy ball if they switch to a water type pokemon. ninetales out speeds a modest starmie and will kill it in 1 hit, same goes for swampert, blastoise, and many others. if I manage to get 2 nasty plots off then I can kill pretty much anything but blissy. the only down side is that if I don't get hypnosis to hit, I'll usually be taken down to around 18% at best.
if I have a modest nature then it gives me a good side and bad side. the bad side is that I can't out speed starmie and some others. If I do have the + sp. atk then with 2 nasty plots I can 2hko a blissy and shuckle, OHKO a tentacruel, Ttar and anything slower than me which is most pokemon since ninetales has base 100 speed
Ninjask @ Mago berry (leftovers)
jolly nature
EV's 252 hp, 132 def, 126 sp. def
Baton Pass
Protect
Substitute
Swords Dance
the basic kind of attack passer. if I manage to get 2 swords dances off then I use protect and sub to gain more speed. if I pass to arcanine with 2 I usually win the game. not so sure about the EVs but they seem to work out.
Arcanine @ life orb
intimidate
Adamant
Evs 252 atk, 252 HP, 6 spd
Crunch
Extreme speed
thunder fang
Flare Blitz
Arcanine is another one of my favorite pokemons. if ninjask even gets one swords dance off and passes to arcanine its a force to be reckoned with. thunder fang to deal with the oncoming of water types. crunch for the chance of a psychic or ghost pokemon switching in. extreme speed as a priority bonus and just in case of a pokemon that has crunch, and thunder fang doing normal damage. Flare blitz is usually a last ditch effort and a move that'll do some major damage even if they are resistant to it. The down side is that when I use this I will most likely kill my self. focus sash usually does some damage as I'll be down to about 40% after switching in and life orb doing damage. This usually kills me. thinking about flame wheel instead of flare blitz...
Umbreon @ leftovers
Bold
EVs 252 hp, 128 sp. def, 128 def
Baton Pass
Toxic
Wish
Mean look
Umbreon is my favorite evolution of eevee and so I use him in all my teams. the bold nature is for the numerous times I run into earthquake and it rocked me. I think this is a good move set to trap the opponent use toxic and then wish and baton pass to a possible wall such as blissy but unfortunately this is where my team ends. the last 2 pokemon thaT I'm using now are absol and claydol but they don't work so well and I'm probably going to take them out.
so if any of you have any suggestions for the last 2 spots it would help greatly and any comments on my team so far are appreciated too
