Okay so this like my first OU team. My previous teams were mostly UU so I can use some help. Thanks!

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Jolly/Pressure
4 HP/ 252 Atk /252 Spe
Taunt
Earthquake
Stealth Rocks
Stone Edge

This is my Lead. It out speeds almost every OU lead so it can pull off a taunt and Focus Sash lets it get a almost guaranteed Stealth rocks. I also like the STAB stone edge.

Tyranitar @ Choice band
Adamant/Sand Stream
176 HP /252 Atk /80 Spe
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Prusuit
Aqua Tail

Choice band makes this extremely strong. Earthquake to hit steels and Pursuit to get good damage on Psychics and ghost types like the rotom forms. I have Aqua tail for coverage.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful/Thick Fat
244 HP /28 Def /236 SpD
Rest
Sleep Talk
Body Slam
Crunch

My SpD wall. I decided to use rest over curse to live longer.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Impish/Sturdy
252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Ice Shard
Knock Off
Rapid Spin
Earthquake

My spinner and knock off is a good addition.

Electvire @ Expert Belt
Mild/ Motor Drive
36 Atk /252 SpA /220 Spe
Thunder Bolt
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Flamthrower

Mix attacker. Great type coverage

Salamence @ Lum Berry
Naive/Intimidate
248 Atk /8 SpA /252 Spe
Outrage
Aqua Tail
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast

Good type coverage.

IIRC, it outspeeds every OU lead short of Ninjask. Fake Out and Trick Scarf leads are fairly common, and they destroy you since you're pretty fragile. Consider Protect. Otherwise, good set.

Stone Edge
Earthquake
Pursuit
Aqua Tail

Pursuit's obviousness and low BP won't kill bulky Rotoms, who will probably use Will-o-Wisp or Thunder Wave.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful/Thick Fat
244 HP /28 Def /236 SpD
Rest
Sleep Talk
Body Slam
Crunch

My SpD wall. I decided to use rest over curse to live longer.

I'm glad you're not using Blissey... the metagame is shifted towards the physical spectrum more at the moment, just FYI. Additionally, this team is a good example of how to use Snorlax effectively.

Donphan @ Leftovers
Impish/Sturdy
252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Ice Shard
Knock Off
Rapid Spin
Earthquake

My spinner and knock off is a good addition.

I've never used Donphan, the only spinners I've ever used were Forretress and Tentacruel. I guess he's okay. Why Ice Shard?

Electvire @ Expert Belt
Mild/ Motor Drive
36 Atk /252 SpA /220 Spe
Thunder Bolt
Ice Punch
Cross Chop
Flamethrower

Mix attacker. Great type coverage

Don't see these guys so often. Good set.

Salamence @ Lum Berry
Naive/Intimidate
248 Atk /8 SpA /252 Spe
Outrage
Aqua Tail
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast

Good type coverage.

Don't use Tyranitar unless sandstorm helps your team. Your team kind of lacks synergy. How does your Electivire safely switch in? No one's going to be throwing Thunderbolts at your team. Your team doesn't really like Ice or Fighting attacks.

Also, if you do keep Tyranitar, try using Clefable instead of Snorlax.

Clefable has an insane number of options, so I'll let you decide what set suite you best rather than recomending anything particular.

I don't like your lead, only because I find stealth rocks overrated and taunt would be ineffective against my lead. It's a matter of opinion though, and I created my team specifically because stealth rocks, poison, and sandstorm teams/sandstorm immunities were really getting on my nerves.

I do feel that having a Gyrados in you team, either as a lead or not, will help your Electrivire get that extremely useful electric attack it needs to activate motor drive. I also like how you have pokemon that can safely switch in to an earthquake against Electrivire. In fact, I'd imagine Gyrados/Electrivire would make a good combo, as Gyrados is immune to Electrivire's biggest weakness and Electrivire is immune to Gyrados's biggest weakness.

Thx guys

@annoying: I have Ice shard on my Donphan for dragons mostly and it covers up his pitaful speed. Its not strong but it hits first and it is mostly for hitting Salamence, Garchomp, Flygon and other dragons x4. Because I can't hit Flygon or Salamence with my STAB Earthquake so I have Ice Shard which covers that well. That team you posted was nice I am actually in the works of making a Swapert right now so I can help out my snorlax.

@The Halloween Captain: Thanks for the tips I am going to try to use a Gyrados either as a lead or just in my team to switch electvire in. I am also thinking of adding swapert either as a lead or on my team somehow.

So I think my new team is going to look more like

Swapert or Gyrados-- lead

electvire-- Mix attacker

donphan --Spinner

snorlax or Clafable-- Wall

tyranitar or Gyrados (depending if I use Swampert as a lead) --Physical Attaker

Salamence??? or Swampert(depending if I use Gyrados as a lead)-- Mix attacker

What do you guys think about that?
