Lets see... Self Destruct, Giga Impact, Return, and What!? Fissure... wow, now for this I say its far too risky to have. Why have it anways? Switch it for something like Earth Quake.

I agree with WiiMii, to an extent. Fire Type move will be Nice, but Fire Blast is Special Move... which means we need something like Fire Punch. I dont know if he can learn it, but a Physical Fire Type move would be great on him.

Zen Headbutt or Agility... I say neither. Get a Baton Passer on your team and work with it from there. Everything else seems fine. Remember, sweepers don't have have to have a Speed Up move in their own MoveSet.

Individually, most of your pokemon are okay (except for snorlax... weird) but your team doesn't support each other too well. Suggestions:

If its going to be spinning, use expert belt on starmie. It is so not worth 10 percent of your life to rapid spin your opponent, and choice scarf will force you to switch out.

Replace your snorlax with a ghost. That will somewhat alleviate your fighting weakness. Maybe a spiritomb or perhaps dusknoir for support.

Focus banded garchomp is good.

I'm just saying unless Garchomps Special Attack is high, I personaly don't have one, it wouldn't be as effective as Fire Punch or Fire Fang or anything Similar.

Yes, it would. Fire Blast OHKOs Skarmory, whereas Fire Fang doesn't. (Garchomp can't learn Fire Punch) Fire Blast will also do more damage to physical walls like Hippowdon, Donphan, etc.

Oh, it's not just those, it's Skarmory, Bronzong, almost every physical wall, and the ever-so-occasional Forretress.

If you want STABed BOOM, go with Lickilicky.

The only Pokemon with STAB Explosion FTW.

Gengar can also BOOM.
