ok here's another post of my team. ev's are something i don't know how they work so i can't post them up. This is what my team will look like when they reach level 65. i'm still training them. let me know you wii number if you want to battle sometime on pokemon battle revolution. i got another team ready. and i don't battle legendaries. ok heres my team:

The way this team is looking, you won't be winning any serious battles, check out my team for example, I have mostly all types covered, and you have TOO many sweepers, make Torterra a wall.

That Gliscor can't single-handed wipe out your team...but he could still do tons of damage...
But take that Gliscor and add it with this...

Actually, play it right and it is true. Not the greatest thing there but your still learning so no hard feelings.

You should check the EV guide outside of the rating room and check out the format to set up your Pokemon in. You should know by now that if your gonna start competing, you need to learn this stuff.

Here's my Torterra:

Torterra @Leftovers[depends on rest of your team]
Nature: Adamant[+Atk -Spec.Atk]
Ability: Overgrow
Ev's: 252Hp/132Atk/128Def
Seed Bomb
Reflect/Curse/Light Screen (depends if you want support or not)
Leech Seed
Earthquake
I run Light Screen due to lack of Special Walls on my team. Torterra get's a nice STAB with Seed Bomb and Earthquake. Leech Seed to sap health then predict a switch to set up my L. Screen.

By the way, STAB is Same Type Attack Boost, which multiplies your attack power by 1.5.
Example, Torterra is Grass Ground. I use Earthquake[Ground move that does 100 damage].
Due to E-quake being Ground and Torterra's Grass Ground type mix, that 100 gets X'ed by 1.5. That means Earthquake will have a 150 attack instead of 100.
If you didn't know this, well, now you do. It's very helpful to know.

pretty ok party tho, I wouldnt doubt Gliscor single handedly beating your party if you played it properly, especially cuz your not sure about EV's. Lok at it this way though, you can only get better.
*sighs* i remember my first ownage.
