Rising fox main needs help

I'm new to competitive smash and want to seriously play Fox and secondary Wario. I struggle a lot against Bowser and Pikachu and don't know what to do whenever I am in disadvantage for either of them. Bowser makes rapid jab unusable and whenever I can't get him off the ground it seems impossible to get anywhere in my direction. Pikachu is super small and hitting him into combos is difficult along with getting through all of the safe options of pika.

Could use some help for countering them and in general playing Fox, I understand his basic neutral and can pull off good strings but I have been falling off a lot in online play recently and can't get back. Any suggestions for how to improve would be helpful.

Fox Wario is a good pair. Wario struggles against the swordies but Fox can get in on them. Fox struggles against handy characters that abuse fast fallers but Wario can 0-death them.

As far as Bowser goes, the best tool you have is actually a cross-up backair. As a Fox player, you need to learn to parry effectively, as Fox is one of the best out-of-parry characters to play in the game with his insanely good frame data. The pika matchup is indeed a bad match for Fox, but you can nullify about half the issue with delayed short hop NAIRs because pikas height doesn't nullify surrounding hitboxes that can hit on both sides and from underneath.

Anyway, I am a tri-main with the 3 Links in the game and I have 5 pocket characters, Fox being one of them. I can probably give you some tips that span in match up specific scenarios and things that are stage choice specific as well.
