Ridiculous self-destruct glitch

Happens right around the 1:00 mark. My friend who was Mario got PK Thunder'd and KO'd, and the game gave me (Mega Man) a -2 for self destructing which clearly did not happen:

I was so boggled by this when it happened in the match and thought for sure we at least sudden death'd (lol @my friend accidentally wall jumping and suiciding after a nice spike at the end there)

Should I submit this to Nintendo?

The self-destruct counter for For Glory (only applicable in Team and FFA modes) is set to -2. Not a glitch

As for why you got -2, it's because your Crash Bomber was sticking to him right before he flew off screen.
