Revert Saffron City back to Spear Pillar?

Hey guys, I'm relatively new to working with the game files, but I was wondering if there is any way to bring back the vBrawl versions of Spear Pillar.

Can I just remove the 3 .pac files for Saffron City in the stages folder or is it more complicated than that? I can't seem to find the original .pac files online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

delete the files you mentioned, as well as the tengan rel file in the module folder.
