Reversal neutral B momentum shift

At 22 seconds The Snake player does a Air reversal neutral B and it makes him move in the oposite direction really fast.

Sometimes i do it by accident , but I don't really know how to do it.

I tried searching for it on the snake forum but I didn't really find anything.
