Hey, I've been practicing my Jiggs to go against my friend's Falco (he's the best player in Calgary and I know I can't beat him with Falco dittos or any FFers), and I'd like to make a list of every Rest setup there is. I know the basis is

U-throw rest (Falco, Fox, Falcon)
U-air rest (Almost everyone)
U-tilt rest (Almost everyone)
D-throw to rest (on Sheik)

I wish there was a list that showed all the possible Rest setups for specific characters, and at which percents.

I've been experimenting with things like 0% F-air past them to B-air behind to U-tilt to Rest and stuff.

Help please!

BTW Here are some videos of him:

He is a mad aggressive all tech skill player, and took inspiration from Shiz.

I just started playing against people who could wavedash L-cancel etc. in about September, so there aren't many videos of me. Here's one, but I think I got a bit better since then. I'm Arthur:

(I get ***** the first match then do better during the second one)

Oh and I play Jiggs sort of like Hbox; spam B-airs and Rest if I can.

I like your up tilts as Falco. Also speaking from personal expierience its best to improve with your main when someone is better than you rather than to change characters, unless the matchup is drastically improved for you by the character switch, which this one isn't. Just my two cents

Dthrow to rest only works on shiek if she doesn't DI/DIs the wrong way. Sort of like uthrow to rest only works on falcon if he doesn't jump.

Nair > rest is fun.
Resting someone out of a slow stand up or techroll is my favorite though.

Also, don't be afraid to play other characters. Cross training can only make you better, even if it changes your main.
