It puzzles me that with so many Up-B recoveries having hit boxes, I don't see a lot of Pit players pushing people away from the ledge while they try to recover.

Does it just not work? Do they go around and snap? Is it hard to get off the ledge and into position in time? Is there a thread/video on this?

It just doesn't work most of the time because sweetspots are massive I think.

It's pretty hard to get in time compared to just fairing or arrowing someone
Yeah, I just feel like... I dunno, a lot of the best characters have good (aka cheap) ways of ending stocks early, and I don't think fair or arrows is going to reliably end stocks early, right?

I was just hoping it was unexplored because I feel like... I dunno, you stop a firefox or mario recovery at 50% or so and that's a huge gain.
