I might not be wrong, as mine doesn't do that. They let you pick it up when your ready, but if you wait too long, a few months or so, then they sell it. I don't know how yours does it, but thats what mine does.Wrong, if you read the receipt, then you know that they can sell your copy after two days. If you don't pick your copy up in time, then they will probably sell it to someone else. Gamestop only cares about their sales. Letting you reserve a game is just a courtesy to their customers.
I am positive your local gamestop does not hold a game for months because of a $5 paydown. You put 5$ minimun on your copy. Now, when Brawl is released, all you ahve to do is pay the 50$ for the game, and they can't sell your copy NO MATTER WHAT. So you walk in, pay off the rest of game, and you can get it whenever you want. Note that their may be a time limit, like you gotta get it in a month of release, but I doubt it.
It's 5$ Dollars minimun. We could pay 50$ down, they can't just take that for themselves and sell the copy. What if some people had no means of transportation? Thats almost sueing rights right there.I am positive your local gamestop does not hold a game for months because of a $5 paydown.
Hence why I said $5. I am well aware you can pay for the game in full. It's 5$ Dollars minimun. We could pay 50$ down, they can't just take that for themselves and sell the copy. What if some people had no means of transportation? Thats almost sueing rights right there.
