(Request) Link Fairy Taunt

Just want to start this off saying I don't know if this is the appropriate location for such a topic.--
Is there any way to add back link's fairy(side taunt) from Brawl back into the game? And even more specifically if you'd be able to make it like Ness' up taunt where tapping would give the new (technically old SSBM) taunt. While a long input would create the default brawl one. Is this feasible?

I miss the fairy taunt too.. I think I saw a Skin in the vault that gives Link a Fairy companion that follows him as he fights. I thought about getting it.
