[Request] Edit Jigglypuff moveset

Hi i have been playing with jiggypuff on project m and i realized how subpar she is compared to melee so i was wondering if there is anyway to edit her moves to make her closer to her melee counterpart, or if there is already a mod who serves that purpose.

there is a mod, it's called Project M.

The Project M Jiggs moves are exactly like those of melee.
The only differences lie in the games physics itself and the presence of other characters than the melee top 8
