At first glance it seems they have nothing different (outside the quality, the frame where I started the videos and the time on the touch screen, obviously).
Actually, if you see carefully at the very last part of the match, you can notice that in the first video Yoshi taunts, while in the second he doesn't.
Since these replays are a succession of inputs rather than true replays, I think it is a fallacy that involves the time the announcer shouts "Game!" ("Fine!" in these videos). I tried doing something else, such as pushing the A button or doing an upB, and it works. Perhaps this happens only to me, but IMHO this works everywhere, if no inputs were given at the time of the shout (in the original fight I didn't do anything).
