Replacing A Stage Completely

I am interested in replacing a stage completely. I know that you would have to change the .rel file. I don't know where to find one though! Any help would be appreciated.

Use these.

Place these RELs I gave you in pf\module, and rename both of your FD's to "STGICE.pac" and "STGDXRCRUISE.pac" respectively and place them in pf\stage\melee.
