Replacement Joysticks and Custom Buttons

Hey guys,

My joysticks have become increasingly worn on my controller from numerous hours of grinding techskill.

Does anyone know a good place to get joysticks that are very similar to the nintendo ones? Im looking for something as close as possible in feel to the originals.

Also, im looking to pimp out my controller a bit. Is there a reliable place where I can get custom buttons that are different colours?
