Removing "RCO Lag / Bull**** Lag"

Hey, does anyone know if there is ANY way of removing the famous RCO Lag in Brawl?

I searched for it, but couldnt find anything. Can't figure out a way to remove it with PSA and similar stuff.

So does anyone have any idea on how to remove this ****ty lag?

I would appreciate it A LOT!
