1. not to sound rude, but i REALLY don't think personal bias should have any say in this. it should probably be a rule that if you don't know the list's subject then you don't have to participate in it. that's just what i think.

2. to shed some much-needed clarification, Homestuck is a webcomic created by Andrew Hussie that can be found on mspaintadventures.com. it's done in the style of an old text-based adventure. the 12 names listed are characters from said webcomic who are part of a race called Trolls. they debut a ways into the comic and start becoming major characters around Act 5.

Homestuck is currently on hiatus, so if you want to try your hand at reading it, now'd definitely be a good time. be warned, however, that the comic is VERY long, having been around since 2009. and not all the pages are simple panels with text below them: a number of them are full-blown flash animations, some of which are interactive.

i don't want to sound like i'm forcing you to read it, but i'd recommend checking it out if you have the patience to stick with it. again, it IS very long, and if you're not into really long reads, i can understand if it wouldn't be your thing.

but again, i go on for WAY too effing long. i REALLY need to stop doing that...
