But being a mayor assistant (ie, your assistant), it's quite a tiring job when you're inactive. But this little shizu keeps it in place while you're Smashing/Racing/Poke Battling/Splating/etc.

Seriously though she just sits there she could be replaced by a main menu and I wouldn't notice except for maybe in the beginning of the game she has zero personality.
