Release Date now March 1st

I know there are alot of threads saying that the release date has been pushed forward, but this one is real. I was in EB games today preordering brawl for the 10th of february, but the guy who was taking my order said that just a few days ago nintendo told them that the release date had been pushed back until the 1st of march. Im not trying to make anyone here angry with me, i dont like it anymore than you guys do. I know im going to get flamed to death saying hes wrong and im wrong, well i really hope hes wrong too, but you never know. Those of you expecting a big update on monday may be shocked to see that the release date has been delayed.

I just called my Local Game Store 'GameCrazy' and they said they have heard nothing about a delay so yeah...

The only reason this would happen is a shortage in American Brawl games. It's not too likely though. And even then I wouldn't think It'd be pushed back that far.
I mean how long will it take to mass produce a few extra games?

There is NOT another delay. Theyve finished the game, they finished a few motnhs ago, and theres nothing more they can do to it. End of story.

There wont be a delay. Theyve made commerials, and put them out recently, if they were going to delay it, and they decided that during the week, they would not have put "Jan 24th" on the commercial, now would they?

Oh really?!

Well the guy at my local gamestop told me Brawl's territory dates have been switched, so Americas get it on the 24, and Japan gets it on February 10th. Also, Nintendo bought February 9th and canceled it so people can get their smash on one day sooner without Nintendo having to go through the trouble of changing the release date... again.

And he has a goatee and wears a Nintendo keychain, so that gives him more credibility.


You see where I'm going with this? Don't trust him, if it was true, more employees would know and leak the info, and it'd be all over this series of tubes.
