Hi all,

I'm starting a web series called "32-Bit Awesome". It's essentially a show about why games from the 32-Bit era are still incredibly fun/good. Below is Episode #1

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMrRJFRZufA

I got a lot of influence from The Angry Video Game Nerd, who review games from the 16-Bit era and before. Instead of being frustrated with games, and tearing them down, I decided I would make a show that honors the games from our past.

The generation of gamers who have nostalgia for the 32-Bit era are getting old enough now to where they are seeking content that reflects the way they view their generation of games. Hopefully 32-Bit Awesome provides that outlet.

Please let me know what you think. It is my first effort and the quality will surely improve as time goes on.

Thanks!

Very well done, Goat! I noticed Armored Core in the intro and would request that you make it the focus of your next episode.

It’s a very good idea to review 32-bit games because, if I’m not mistaken, they can be played on the PS3. With that in mind there’s a whole new audience that may have not experienced some of the 32-bit wonders when they were originally released.

My only suggestion would be to cut the length of your retrospectives to 10 minutes. That’ll probably make the episode more focused and will probably better cater to modern viewers, like myself, who have notoriously short attention spans. Allow me to reiterate though that you did a really good job and I sincerely look forward to your next episode.

You are too kind, sir. You're suggestion is spot on, and the next episode will most definitely be "tighter".

It's a monthly series, so expect the next episode to come out around May 7th.

Thanks for the feed back!! :D

8 bit/16 bit's where it's at.

You crazy kids and your new-fangled 32 bit graphics will never understand really good games.
