Agiligross. Agility should make it faster than anything that isn't scarfed. Hp Ev's to make it sturdy enough to get the agility off. I don't know what the ground reducing berry is called but I think I might use it over lefties.

Overall wall, though more special than physical. Calm mind helps her already great SpDef even better and helps out her attacks. Charge Beam, Ice Beam to actually attack. I have Charge Beam over the standard TWave because the opponents poke should be poisoned from Toxic Spikes already.

He has poor defenses and grass is weak to alot, so I don't mind the life orb taking his Hp. Energy Ball for stab, Dragon Pulse to hit everything, Focus Blast can be usefull once in a while, Frenzy Plant as a last attack before he dies.
