Blissey is... well. Blisey is not too bad.

Sneasel need to change fury attack for something like screech (for slash). Other possibility is to change it for head butt and nevermelt ice for king´s rock.

Mew needs some changes. Try this combination: psychic, submission, soft boiled and any other (thunder wave from RBY). Equip it miracle berry or focus-band

Change cut for shadow ball in Espeon.

Corsola is good, but change bubble beam for mirror coat. If you want to low your opponent´s speed, then teach it icy wind instead of bubble beam. Equip it focus-band

Quilava: change ember for dig and cut for dynamic punch

Aipom is good, but needs a different item.
