k. No HP hurts its versatility, but before your opponent knows your full moveset, they're not going to be keeping in Salamence/Swampert against this thing anyway, so it's fine. EVs are a bit skewed. Move the defense EVs into SpAtk or HP. Also, snap your EVs (increments of fours). You'll get more out of them.

I'd go CB for the extra punch. If you stick with Leftovers, then go with Substitute.

You're trying to cover too many stats. You'll want at least 300 speed to beat Adamant CBmence (robbing its HP [Flying] pretty much makes it useless as you have Machamp). I used 52 HP/148 Spd/208 SpAtk/100 SpDef, giving you 300 HP, 300 speed, 250, SpAtk, and 261 SpDef.

k. Protect is kinda weird though. I guess it does save you from random Psychic Metagrosses... but that's about it. I think you'll get more out of either Thunder(bolt) for Gyara and Skarm or Fire Blast/Flamethrower for Skarm, Forry, and the odd Scizor. Explosion is nice when they have no more physical sweepers for Weezing to wall and Pain Split can work with Weezing's somewhat horrid HP. It also walls Blissey indefinitely :D

I think I just played you O_o. I was looking over this thread and thought this looked really familiar... Especially the Ninetails Grudging all of my Milo's Surfs XD Btw you don't need so much HP on Lax. Since you're Cursing anyway, you'd want some SpDef to absorb special hits. I'm running 56 HP/176 Atk/136 Def/140 SDef with a Sassy nature, and it eats around 5 Tbolts from STalk Zapdos without too many problems.

Btw, I was the guy with a Spikes team with Forretress and forcing switches with Subseed Encorepluff. And Boah, STalk Zapdos, Lax, and Milo to tank around.
