Wtf @ this team dying in one hit to everything. Get some defense homie, some bulky Pokemon. You've got speed but lack some power and...Wait, what is that Gengar? Fire Punch on Zam? We need some Poke experts in here ASAP to help this dude.

Not done this in a while... here goes...

:p:p:p

Jolteon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Jolteons --to my understanding-- have not got over-average HP so leftovers will only carry it so far. If i were you i would have put the extra 6 EVs into its Defense stat.

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sludge Bomb

I have never used a Dugtrio. Ever. this is only opinion but I would give it a life orb so that you're not stuck on the same move with no need to switch out plus, you can put that Arena Trap to good use. other than that, its fine.

Aerodactyl (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Mmmm... I recently trained up one of these, and it turned out good. Attack and Speed are the best EVs to go for that so well done with that:p Get rid of double edge, theres no supereffective value in that. Maybe replace your RS(Rock Slide) with.... SE? (Stone Edge) Aerodactyl has good power. put it to good use. Nothing else to say here :)

Gengar (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Focus Punch
- Ice Punch
- Taunt

To be honest, I would have went for a Modest Gengar to further increase their godly Sp Atk. And I would have gave it a Choice Scarf so that it moves first anyways. Get rid of Focus Punch, Because Gengars are useless in their Atk. And since you got a Negative Atk nature, you aint gonna get far. You put all those EVs into the Sp Atk. So use it. I suggest Focus Blast and Sludge Bomb. Nothing else to say here.

Alakazam (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 80 Def / 252 Spd / 176 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Counter
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Reflect

I have never trained up an Alakazam. Ask someone else. XD

Crobat (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Confuse Ray
- Haze
- Sludge Bomb
- Whirlwind

The nature is right, the EVs are okay and the moveset sucks. Confuse Ray is useful but I dont like to make my games rely on luck. Toxic perhaps? Sludge Bomb is a Sp Atk. you put the EVs into Atk. X-Scissor? Whirlwind is okay for getting rid of opponents that are nasty, but they always come back. Replace Whirlwind with something. Okay im done :p

Yea, it sucks. Any advice? :D

This is adv pokemon, not d/p so Fire Punch is still special.

I guess I can kind of understand Gengar(although it's a rather bad set) Destiny Bond to try and take something out and if it try's to stall you you hit them with Focus Punch(assuming it's a special wall) Sub Puncher would still be better though.

I dont remember seeing any "This is my GBA game team" anywhere do you?
And I assumed the netbattle was a shoddy thing.

You got it.
Jolteon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Jolteon only works as a lead when baton passing. You get screwed over by EQ users, Bronzong and Swampert will have a field day with you. Drop Thunder Wave for Baton Pass, your whole freaking team is fast as hell anyways. In addition, you're revealing your electric immunity early-game. You'll sway your opponents away from using electric attacks on your Flying-types. They'll use an Ice move instead, and boltbeam is a common attack combo on sweepers. 1/2 of your team is weak to Ice, fix that.

Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Arena Trap
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sludge Bomb

Use Life Orb for move versatility. Drop Aerial Ace for Night Slash for more coverage. Dugtrio usually needs the added power of Stone Edge because of his average attack stat. Sludge Bo -- I just forgot. You're playing advance. Nevermind all that. I was going to recommend Stealth Rocks on your final moveslot, but that move doesn't exist. The Rating Room has moved on to D/P/Pt now, and I don't have too much experience with R/S/E but I'll keep going.

Dugtrio sucks imo, but you can keep using him. Aerial Ace already covers Grass so Sludge Bomb is 100% useless. Use HP (Ghost or Bug).

Aerodactyl (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide

Okay, Aerodactyl doesn't really have any other moveset options, so I'd have to say it's perfect. R/S/E is looking reeeally limited '~'.

Gengar (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Focus Punch
- Ice Punch
- Taunt

Focus Punch is still a physical attack, so you're not doing a lot of damage unless you're running a mixed set. Gengar has access to all the elemental punches, right? Why not use them instead? Is there a Focus Sash in R/S/E? You could try your hand at the Hypnosis/Counter/Destiny Bond set. It has the potential to ruin 3 of your foe's Pokemon. It looks like you're trying to do that since you have Destiny Bond on your set. Try to centralize your set. I can't tell whether you're aiming for sweeper or omgwtfhax.

Alakazam (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 80 Def / 252 Spd / 176 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Counter
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Reflect

That 80 Def EVs is doing NOTHING for you. Counter won't work without a Focus Sash, and since you're holding a Lum Berry, I have to assume Focus Sash doesn't exist in R/S/E. Oh wait...? Is that Reflect? I'm not used to seeing Alakazam use a Def raising move without Recover. Barrier lasts until you switch and Reflect lasts for 5 turns. I guess Reflect is more useful. Nevermind my first two setences. Creative set, not sure if it would work in reality, though.

Crobat (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Confuse Ray
- Haze
- Sludge Bomb
- Whirlwind

Use 176 EVs to outrun base 120s and put the rest into HP. You could do this on your other base 130 Pokemon too, but Crobat is more suited for the change due to his good defenses. You have two phazing moves, I suggest you use only one. Whirlwind forces a switch but you don't really have Spikes support. I can't really say which move is better. It's too situational. Confuse Ray isn't seen much. What I see here is a defensive moveset with offensive EVs. I suggest you pick between one or the other. Maybe a Substitute over one of your phazing moves and a HP over Sludge Bomb so you don't get walled by Steels so easily. A more defensive EV spread wouldn't hurt. But it wouldn't help either.

You can use your Crobat as a specific counter with a Hidden Power as your only attacking move. Just perform the calcs to defeat the Pokemon you're trying to counter, then you can dump excess EVs into HP.

Yea, it sucks. Any advice? :D
I haven't rated R/S/E in.... forever. I can't give you specific counter advice or team suggestions. I CAN tell you that you do need a defensive Pokemon to take hits for you should you ever find the need to switch. One can't rely on immunities alone to win games.

Gengar and Crobat counter reversalers, which I heard was very effective in R/S/E. You have NO stat boosters, so you don't have much to do when you force your opponent to switch. Fast team! ^^ I like fast.

FYI, netbattle is 3rd gen shoddy. So no Stone Edge, Focus Blast, no Bronzong, no Life Orb, and special and physical are based on the type of move
, Final Destination
. Jusaying.

The main problem I see with this team that it has no defensive based Pokemon.

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sludge Bomb

Aerodactyl (F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Rock Head- Give it pressure instead no need for recoil moves in the first place.
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge Definetly no need for this
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Focus Punch
- Ice Punch
- Taunt

Alakazam (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 80 Def / 252 Spd / 176 SAtk should be 252 and cut def
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Counter-No Alakazam won't be able to take a hit(Ice Punch instead)
- Fire Punch
- Psychic
- Reflect- No Alakazam won't be able to take a hit(Thunder Punch instead)

Crobat (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Confuse Ray
- Haze- no need for this you already have a pseudohazing move
- Sludge Bomb
- Whirlwind

Advice in bold

Honestly
A team with swampert
using Ice Beam EarthQuake Curse and Surf and and a houndoom with Flamethrower Crunch Beat Up and HP Ice Would Destroy this team
