I wasn't too impressed by the vid...
You got some nice tailspikes in, but the rest of it was a lot of walk around and Smash from what I remember.. you're not Marth Pikachu! But it did work =p.. just not one of Pika's more effective styles...

But yeah, check out some other Pikas like Vidjo and Chad's on youtube and see what happens.

You had some good tail spikes, but missed a lot of opportunities. You and your teamate also didn't seem to work that well as a team, it was more often two seperate 1v1s than it was a 2v2. Work together, help eachother out, save eachother with jolt and rising uair when possible, etc.

Not bad though.
